The videos and guides are alright, but I thought there’d be a little more to them. Some sections felt like they were repeating the same points, and a few things weren’t explained clearly enough for someone like me who’s still new to this

I’ve been using this to tweak my charts and it’s been really simple so far. There are plenty of settings to play around with, which I like. it just works well. AND THAT IS A HUGE RELIEF when you don’t want to fight with settings all day.

Chartprime was easy for me to figure out once I spent a little time clicking around. I am not super techy, but most of the tools were in places that made sense to me.

The layout feels clean and not too overwhelming, which helped a lot. I did not have to sit through a bunch of videos just to get started, although a few of the settings did take me a minute to understand.

Overall, it feels simple and not annoying to use, which I really appreciate. I am giving it 4 stars because a few areas could still be explained a little more clearly.

chartprime itself was okay and the tools worked fine, but my main frustration was with the billing side. I was sure I had canceled before my next charge, so seeing another bill come through made me second-guess what I’d done and left me needing a bit more reassurance that the cancellation had actually gone through.

To be fair, support did get back to me and helped sort it out, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the cancellation process was easier to find and more obvious, with clearer confirmation along the way. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

I reached out expecting to wait around, but they got back to me quickly. I just needed my issue handled without a hassle, and they helped me out right away, which I definitely appreciated.

Just a warning for anyone considering it, the tools are fine, but the price feels way too high for what you actually get. I was expecting a lot more value for the money, and it left me feeling disappointed.

I went with the monthly plan because it fit what I needed, and honestly... canceling was simple too when I decided to stop.

I can’t give much of a review because I haven’t had any real-time experience with the site. I did try reaching out by email, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of actual people, which made it frustrating.

It feels trustworthy to me so far, not totally perfect yet but it’s been good enough. I’ll keep using it and see how it goes.
